The Codename: RCRDS Broken trilogy concludes with ‘Broken Planet EP’, offering up four jungle bangers with a wide variety of influences. The EP opens with Mineral’s monster ‘Underground Mentality’, precision primed to tear up dancefloors with its heady mix of distorted reeses, chopped breaks and ravey stabs.

Label debutant Charla Green switches things into a different direction with the stunning ‘No Stress’, a deep rolling summer-inflected vocal number which showcases this fast-rising artists talent’s beautifully.

Another debut joins the party as Toni Bassi drops the rolling footwork / juke of ‘Junak’, where mystical vocals combine with warped bass stabs and hypnotic riffs for a refreshingly modern vibe.

The EP closes with DJ Junk and Moakz’s collaboration ‘Illustrious Ideology’, where a seductive intro give way to dark atmospherics and tearing synths to close the EP on a high.
